Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item you received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shivanitacreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at shivanitacreations@gmail.com
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items on sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used items (if hygiene/safety applies)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer/UPI after the returned item is received and verified.
